The office of LBA Counseling Services, LLC is located at 814 Juniper Street, which is a one-way street, just south of 6th street on the right side of the street. Park in the paid lot just past the building on the right.
Client Portal
The client portal, Simple Practice, is a confidential/HIPAA compliant website that I utilize for client records.
When you set up your first appointment with me, you will receive an email directing you to a link allowing you to access the portal to complete new client forms.
After setting up your account with the temporary password provided in the first email, you can access your portal any time at the button below.
