In my current work at LBA Counseling Services, my private practice that was founded in 2012, I provide individual counseling, trauma therapy, addiction therapy services, and EMDR (utilizing somatic psychotherapy) to adults struggling with: life adjustment (i.e. relationship issues, relocating, employment issues, etc.), PTSD, CPTSD and trauma, Substance Use Disorders, Ā depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders (bipolar, etc.), process addictions (codependency, workaholism, shopping addiction, etc.), and self-harm.
